These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of stickerizemydog.com and your purchase of products from Stickerize My Dog (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Our products

We create custom vinyl sticker sheets generated from the photo(s) you upload. Each sheet is 8.5 × 11 inches with 12 kiss-cut stickers. Because every order is made to order from your photo, our products are personalized.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a photo cannot be used or an order appears fraudulent), and we will refund any amount charged for an order we cannot fulfill.

Photos you upload: your responsibilities

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights or contain unlawful content.

You agree not to upload photos that are illegal or infringing, or that depict another person without their consent.

License to use your content

By uploading photos and placing an order, you grant Stickerize My Dog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the photos you upload and the sticker artwork we create from them, for the purpose of providing our service and for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes (including on our website, social media, and in paid advertising).

If you’d prefer that we not use your images for marketing, you can opt out at any time by emailing support@stickerizemydog.com. We will honor opt-out requests going forward, though we may not be able to remove images from materials that have already been printed or distributed.

We own all rights to our own artwork styles, website content, and brand.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Refunds and returns

We stand behind our work. See our Refund Policy for how reprints, returns, and refunds work.

Disclaimers

Our products and site are provided “as is.” Because each sticker is generated from your photo and rendered in an artistic style, results are creative interpretations and will vary, and colors may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stickerize My Dog harmless from claims arising out of the content you upload or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site or placement of an order means you accept the updated Terms.
