We want you to love your stickers. Because every order is custom-made from your photo, here’s exactly how reprints, returns, and refunds work.

Our guarantee

We stand behind every order. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Problems we fix free (reprint and reship)

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, is the wrong item, or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll remake and reship it at no charge. Just email support@stickerizemydog.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Not happy with the look?

Because stickers are an artistic interpretation of your photo, the look can vary. If you’re not happy, contact us. We’ll regenerate your stickers and reship them, free.

Refunds

If we can’t make it right with a reprint or replacement, we’ll refund you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.

Custom and personalized items

Because each sheet is made to order from your photo, we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. The protections above (free reprints, and refunds if we can’t fix an issue) still apply.

Shipping and cancellations

We ship within about 2 business days of payment, and delivery typically takes a few more days. Need to cancel or fix a shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order goes to print.
