This Privacy Policy explains what information Stickerize My Dog (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit stickerizemydog.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping address, and the photo(s) you upload to create your stickers. Payment is handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and the analytics tools described below.
How we use your information
- Create, generate, and fulfill your custom sticker order
- Process your payment and prevent fraud
- Email you order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies
- Send occasional offers and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve our website, products, and customer experience
- Feature your stickers and photos in marketing, subject to the choices in our Terms of Service (see “Photos you upload” below)
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Photos you upload
We use the photos you upload to create your stickers and operate our service. To generate your artwork, your photo is processed by our AI image-generation provider (Google’s Gemini / Generative AI). A member of our team also reviews each set before it ships.
We may use the photos you upload and the stickers we create for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, as described in our Terms of Service. You can opt out of promotional use at any time by emailing support@stickerizemydog.com.
We retain your order photos and artwork so we can support, re-print, and reship your order. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and third-party tools to understand how our site is used and to measure advertising performance. These include Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity may record session activity such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling to help us improve the site. These tools may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain advertising tracking through your device settings or the providers’ own tools.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contract, including: payment processing (Stripe), AI image generation (Google), email delivery (Fastmail), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, Microsoft), and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, request a copy or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of promotional use of your images by emailing support@stickerizemydog.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights, which we honor where they apply.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
